The hotel is super clean and the beds are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. However, I found the location a bit noisy due to the highway nearby, which detracted from the experience. The amenities were definitely nice, and the breakfast was wonderful, but I think there could be better soundproofing for the rooms facing the road.

The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we were right next to the very loud highway.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic and close to all the Amish shops and local attractions, the room I stayed in was smaller than expected and there was quite a bit of noise from children running around late at night. On the upside, the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but it could have had a bit more variety. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but certainly not ideal.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small and didn't match the online photos. It was a bit noisy at night with kids running around until midnight, but it was comfortable enough with a dorm-size refrigerator.
Service
7.0
Service was standard, nothing exceptional stood out to me.
Location
9.0
The hotel is really well-located, close to all the Amish areas and lots of great shopping. There was also a large produce farm just around the corner, which I loved.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet and was fine. However, they might need a bigger area for cooking waffles because it felt cramped with larger groups.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, but I would have appreciated a coffee pot in the room and laundry facilities as well.

7.0/10

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Amish country, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were newly remodeled and offered a nice modern touch, although I found the space a bit cramped with limited seating. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast was seriously lacking in quality and variety, which was a letdown. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but a better dining experience would certainly elevate it.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were remodeled with brighter wall lights and a nice new barn door to the bathroom. However, the layout felt cramped since there was only one chair for seating, and I had to use the bed at times.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, which definitely added a positive touch to my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Amish country, close to attractions and nice strolls through the area.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was one of the worst I've had, with rubbery eggs, soggy bacon, and bruised fruit. The lack of variety made it less enjoyable.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered great amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room, which were enjoyable parts of my stay.

8.6/10

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that felt very kid-friendly. The grounds and location made the experience special, especially being near Holmes County and my favorite Amish buffet. However, the dining could have improved with more breakfast variety and having our room face the nice grounds instead of the parking lot would have been ideal.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, but we ended up looking at the parking lot instead of the beautiful grounds.
Service

The staff was friendly, making the stay more enjoyable.
Location

I really loved the grounds with the koi pond and pathways, plus being in the heart of the Amish area was a huge plus. It was also close to Berlin for shopping.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good, but it would have been nice to have more fruit options and alternatives to sausage every morning.
Facilities
9.0
Overall, the hotel had a beautiful, modern, and clean facility that I appreciated.

The hotel was in a really nice location, close to shopping and had beautiful views of the grounds. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they felt a bit plain. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major letdown, making it necessary for us to find food elsewhere. Overall, I felt that the value for money was decent but could have been better if the dining experience was improved.
